| 1. | Who can enrol in VoyageurREWARDS™ programme and who can earn VoyageurREWARDS™ Points for the company? | ||
| Any company based in Serbia can enrol, providing they do not currently hold a Corporate Incentive Agreement with Air France. All resident employees can earn Points whenever they fly with Air France. |
| 2. | What type of ticket and route earns my company VoyageurREWARDS™ Points? | ||

Your company can earn Points on all routes operated by Air France or KLM as well as on code-share flights with Air France flight number, on specific eligible booking classes only. Points can be earned on 057-plated Air France tickets which were purchased in Serbia. |
| 3. | How are Points credited to the VoyageurREWARDS™ account? | ||
| All employees should use the company´s unique VoyageurREWARDS™ account number when making reservations in order for the account to be automatically credited with the correct number of points. The account number and Air France ticket number must both appear in the reservation. |
| 4. | What if the Points haven´t been credited on our VoyageurREWARDS™ account? | ||
| You can complete the online form, providing your ticket numbers. The claim must be made at the latest 6 months after having completed the flight in question. Points for eligible flights will be credited retroactively on your account. |
| 5. | What is the validity of VoyageurREWARDS™ contract? | ||
| The contract only expires if there is no flown revenue for more than 2 full calendar years. |
| 6. | What is the validity of VoyageurREWARDS™ Points? | ||
| Your company´s Points are valid for 2 full calendar years. If the accrual date was for example on 01/05/08, the expiry date will be set for 31/12/10. |
| 7. | What sort of reward can I redeem with VoyageurREWARDS™ Points? | ||
| VoyageurREWARDS™ Points can be used for round-trip reward tickets to Air France worldwide destinations. |
| 8. | Does VoyageurREWARDS™ membership exclude Flying Blue or another Skyteam frequent flyer membership? | ||
| Absolutely not. Points are earned at the same time on the VoyageurREWARDS™ account as well as the on the individual Flying Blue or another Skyteam frequent flyer account. Your company´s employee can therefore continue to enjoy the benefits of the individual frequent flyer membership as he/she is earning Points for the company. |
| 9. | Is it possible to change for example our Programme Administrator? | ||
| Yes. Your personal account which can be accessed on www.airfrance.rs, allows you to consult your VoyageurREWARDS™ Points statements, book award tickets with a dedicated booking tool, as well as update informations about your company. |
