Information: disabled travelers

If you are a disabled traveler, Air France advises that you make your reservation by phone. Unfortunately, internet reservations do not currently allow us to identify the type of assistance you will need at the airport and once on-board.

Air France wants to ensure that you enjoy the best possible conditions during your journey. To travel comfortably and safely your reservation must be made at least 48 hours before departure.
