How are my Miles affected by the covid-19 measures ?

In these trying times, we want to remove any uncertainty you may have about your Flying Blue membership. Until further notice, we have put multiple COVID-19 loyalty measures in place:

- We will prevent all Miles of our Explorer members from expiring.
- We will maintain the levels of all Elite members.
- We will protect the surplus XP of our Elite members.
- We made our rebook and cancellation policy more flexible.
