A gourmet favourite, the Balagan restaurant is a star of Oriental gastronomy, Israeli cuisine in particular.

Iconic figures of Israeli cuisine, Assaf Granit and Uri Navon have opened a spot on the ground floor of the Renaissance Paris-Vendôme hotel. A favourite address of Parisian gastronomes who rush to book their tables, it is animated by a lively madness similar to the atmosphere of the Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem.

On your plate, starters consist in Iraqi Tataki, skirt steak with avocado and Espelette pepper crumble; the tasting continues with a Mahsi, some saffron cauliflower with tzatziki and goat cheese. Finally, indulge in vanilla cream puffs mischievously nicknamed "Tatooine" in tribute to Star Wars. Flavours, textures and ingredients cleverly brought together for a warm and delightful experience!
