You can declare missing baggage items in several ways.
IF YOU ARE STILL AT THE AIRPORT
- Complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the Air France KLM* Baggage Service before leaving the airport
- Use an Air France interactive kiosk at the airport (if available)
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY LEFT THE AIRPORT
Declare your missing baggage via the online form below (for certain arrival airports) or in the Air France app within 48 hours of your arrival.

- If you checked in at the airport, your baggage receipt was given to you at the baggage drop-off counter.
- If you printed your boarding pass and baggage tags at home, you can find your receipt number on the baggage receipt page and in the confirmation e-mail.
When you declare your missing baggage, you will be given a file number that you can use to track the progress of your baggage on our website.
